Recording: Leading Through Crisis 2.0

Success through a crisis is not achieved in a moment. Success leaders do little things well consistently over time. Successful leaders look for opportunities/crises to bring out the best in others and themselves. As we are “still” moving through a time “unpredicted” and unplanned, how we come through it will not be because of luck or good fortune but because of our training, our willingness to embrace the leader within and our resilience.   Are you looking for a reminder to keep you focused or encouragement to let you know we are all in this together? – this talk is for you as it is for me.
